Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by Playpromocode without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain Services are available only upon payment of applicable fees. All fees are displayed on the Platform and are quoted in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan or course.
6.2 Billing
Where a subscription model applies, fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel prior to that date.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase, as displayed on the Platform. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
6.4 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing period of an active subscription.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Playpromocode disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or results from use of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Playpromocode and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty Australian dollars (AU$50), whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Playpromocode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@playpromocode.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the applicable refund policy provides otherwise.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
